Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Postponement: In the event that the client cancels or postpones any installations, rentals and/or décor for the event the deposit will not be refunded. A credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit which can be applied to any future event for up to one year from initial event date. Should the event be cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date a credit will be issued in the amount of the paid in full balance which can be applied to any future event for up to one year from initial event date.
